About the artwork:

Flora’s Wreath (Autumn)

Autumn wreaths are expressions of gratitude for good harvests and are a sign of the changing of time and the cycle of life.

About the Wreath collection:

In Roman mythology, Flora is the goddess of flowers, plants and trees, especially those that produced fruit. Spring is her season, and her role is to make the grain, vegetables and trees bloom so that Autumn’s harvests are abundant.

Flora is depicted throughout history wearing wreaths of flowers in her hair and covered in garlands of flowers as she moved through the cycles of nature and the changing of the seasons.
